Agreed, we so often get guests asking if we have a lift when we advertise as clearly as we can that we do not have one due to the age of the building. We also have guests who are shocked when we tell them on check in that the parking needs to be paid for when it is advertised as much as possible and then we get marked down on our reviews because of this.

They are another travel agency similar to Booking.com (I think they are partners or Agoda is owned by Booking.com) but they do have a customer service phone number you can call which is 020 3027 7900 (if you are not in the UK you will need to dial 0044 203 027 7900). If you aren't getting any help from Booking.com I would contact this agency directly.
