in case you want to charge by number of rooms occupied and not by number of guests hosted, then this would indeed be an issue.
in my case I have indicated that the apartment is rented at its entirety and has a standard rate for a number of up to 6 people. So even if it is rented by 4 people the price will not drop.
but if it is rented by 7 people there is going to be an extra cost.
Indeed I have already followed this approach. The price rises if more than 6 people are accommodated.
My question though was on how to avoid appearing that the house is rented in fragments of seperate rooms. Although the house has three bedrooms accommodating 6 people I assume that in the calendar I would need to specify that I sell ONE room with capacity of six persons. If I indicated three rooms, I would risk receiving reservations from different people at the same time. People can confirm for the description that they are renting a house with three different bedrooms.
I see your point.

Thank you Marcus.
