So I don't see the bigger picture and you do. Is that correct?
And to write "cry me a river" should also be pleasant for us to read?
Is that how you function with others? You hold the bigger picture and we don't?
We understand you have a different point of view and that you are trying over and over to justify your opinion, with an arrogant touch. We don't need any of your presence, and we'll always remember you for the type of content that tarnishes your public image.
If Booking.com pays attention to hosts requests (and I clearly say "if" because it doesn't seem to be the case), BdC will pay attention to the majority of opinions so guys thank you all for your hundreds of critics against the current review system. Thank you and keep on posting – the wheel touches the mud but inevitably turns to the sky.
I just received an email with a survey about Booking.com! This is our chance to scream at the new review system. By the end of the survey there's a specific section about the review system, and if you click Very Dissatisfied, it will ask you for more information. This is our chance to be heard and improve the review system! Please do the survey if you got the invitation. Merry Christmas.
I agree with Brixtony1, this person begins the year with the wrong attitude and wrong behaviour towards other partners – not the first time. I wander if we could report to BDC.
The survey is an internal set of questions sent by Booking.com to us partners, to give them feedback about how the company is doing. The survey doesn't "allow" for any specific system – it's only collecting opinions from us. The survey is dynamic: for example if you add Airbnb and Expedia as platforms you use, then it will start asking you comparisons about Booking.com and them. And If you select "Very Dissatisfied" on one question, it will develop from there. So there's no allusion to a 0-10 scale or any other specifics, unless you mention them. I wish I could send you the link but the address changes for each user. J'espère que vous le recevrez Fred.
The boy is desperate for attention. Yes we all ended up ignoring him.

Please pin it as Featured, so everybody can access it from the Partner Community top list. Thanks https://partner.booking.com/en-gb/community/booking-advice-and-updates/guest-review-system-updates
