I'm also having the same issue. Booking.com is a great platform with great support. But Agoda is horrible.. Every chance I get, I will tell my guest not to use Agoda. I received a few bookings from Agoda via booking.com but I am unable to communicate with the guest at all until they arrived panicking not knowing how to check in. My apartment is a self check in but prepayment is needed. Agoda never mentioned this to guests... Not sure what to do now..
