Booking.com Website Updates

Booking.com should make reservations made by guest (Example: John) for some other guests (Example: Ryan) using their card (John) as a pre-paid reservations, in order to avoid cases of any chargebacks to the partnered property. Also have property have an option for naming smoking rooms differently.

Please escalate this matter if possible and hopefully the problems get resolved. It will be truly helpful.
