With a stellar line-up of speakers and an array of engaging sessions confirmed, this year’s Click. by Booking.com programme is shaping up to be the best yet.
Held in Amsterdam’s Westergasfabriek on 10 and 11 September, Click. will see hundreds of the brightest minds in the industry convene to explore the future of the connected experience.
Over the course of two days, attendees will hear from the likes of Booking.com and Booking Holdings CEO Glenn Fogel; Duncan Wardle, Former Head of Innovation & Creativity at Disney; Douglas Quinby, Founder & CEO of Arival; and Alain Sylvain, CEO of Sylvain Labs.
From understanding what’s inside the travellers’ mind to uncovering trends and driving transformation, expect to see deep-dives and explorations around technology, marketing and customers, supply and distribution, delivering experience, and thinking and perspectives.
Throughout the conference, workshops and breakout sessions will create a platform for learning, Booking.com’s CTO Matt Swann will host a Hackathon during which Booking.com product teams will develop new innovations in real time, and in the Marketplace attendees will have exclusive access to sneak peaks of new product launches - followed by opportunities to further connect with peers over dinner and networking drinks
