Hello from Haley!

Hi there! My name is Haley. I’m excited to engage with our partners (YOU!) on this channel.

I have been an Account Manager in our Chicago office since 2017. Prior to that I worked in hotel sales on the property level in Chicago since 2010. I currently handle the Wisconsin and Chicago markets. I love the mix of caring for and visiting our downtown city properties then getting to also visit beautiful areas in Wisconsin like Door County and Lake Geneva- some places I had never been prior to this role.

Like many employees at Booking.com, I love to travel. I spent a semester in college in Rome Italy, traveling the country and enjoying lots of pizza and gelato. Since then, I’ve been lucky to spend some time in Asia and Amsterdam, where Booking HQ is. Next on my bucket list is the Caribbean and South America! As close as they are to the US, I have not yet got to explore those destinations. A beach, a book, and a pina colada is calling my name.. 

At Booking, my role is to make your job easier as hoteliers. I understand algorithms, rankings and visibility can all be confusing topics. I break down that piece of the puzzle, so my properties can succeed and stand out on our channel.
