How to target your top guest segments using the Extranet data tab
If you go to your Extranet > Home > Data, you’ll see a section that’s called ‘Traveler type’. This shows you the search patterns of travelers in your region over the past 14 days.
Here, you’ll see whether the most searches were made by either couples, families, groups, or solo travellers. If families, for example, are the most interested in your property, it might be worth setting up policies and promotions that are relevant to this traveler type. By targeting the specific top guest segment, you may be able to increase your bookings.
