We’ve looked into the responses from our recent travel trends survey to discover travelers’ most sought-after amenities. 

Here are the top four benefits that guests cited as taking their stay to the next level:

• Free wifi: Some 64% of travelers look for fast and reliable internet access when booking a stay. 
• Air conditioning: Over 60% of respondents said this amenity was very important — and even more crucial than free wifi in warmer regions around the globe.
• Antibacterial and sanitising products: Making hand sanitisers and antibacterial products available for your guests during their stay will help ease their concerns on health and safety.
• Breakfast buffet: The much missed buffet service is still highly attractive to guests after being temporarily suspended during the pandemic.
