cancellation of reservation

we received a invoice from you regarding about payment on 2021 august bookings

we kindly inform you that we have closed our property for a long time because of the covid 19 pandemic situation in our country. therefore we do not accept any bookings for our property. 

But we got a reservation from a guest for 18- august - 2021 and the guest was not arrived. we have already informed to customer to cancel this reservation and he didn't make arrangement to cancel that.

we are pleased to inform you that we forget to mark this as "no-show " unfortunately.
