Change of Ownership

We have sold our property and wish to transfer our ownership to the new owners on Booking.com

It is not clear in the HELP as to what to do.

 

I need that help as soon as possible

Hello Cascade Garden Apartments! Thanks for posting and reaching out. Here's an article with clear instructions about the next steps. You just need to send a message through the Inbox tab and the appropriate team will initiate the process for you.

I cannot see where I can send a message through the Inbox. Looking at the instructions, it says to click on the right side of the message box. There is only the "delete message "icon.

Very frustrating for me as I feel I'm getting nowhere and the instructions are not clear.

Thanks for the update! You'll be able to send a message by clicking through the "Inbox" tab > then selecting "Booking.com Messages" in the drop-down > "Compose a new message" (blue button on the bottom right). Hope this helps!
