I would like to change the display order of my rooms, is this possible?

I have just two rooms, however, I would like to change their display order.

Room 1 is the Granby Room (Room ID: ***)

Room 2 is the Connecticut Room Suite (Room ID: ***)

All other booking sources and my Reservation booking master program has them listed in alphabetical order. Booking.com is the only one that doesn't. It would be so much easier to view all of them in the same manner so that there is less potential of making an error when confirming/updating all the booking channels are in sync.

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.

 

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
