Property location confirmation

Hello booking.com community,

I am the property manager Crown Castle Peshawar Pakistan.

Our property has been closed for booking due to unverified location.

First I have received a video conference meeting invitation but there was no any joining info like Google meet or zoom link.

Then I contacted two times, but the problem was not resolved, and even customer service representative didn't understand my concern.

Then they scheduled a video call for and also it shows that your letter is on it's way.

I have two questions:

I have uploaded a video, but want to know how much time it takes to review my video?

How I'll receive a video call via a cellular phone number in case the problem didn't solve with video?

Your suggestions would be appreciated.

Hello Sir,

When I was chatting here yesterday then after couple of hours I received an email that your agreement terminated due to breach of article 7.4 (3) of general delivery terms.

I have contacted customer support to knlw about the reason but they said that there is no reason placed yet due to which account has been terminated.

Sir, as I have explained earlier at top and haven't do anything else.

This is very very frustrating not to find any reason behind termination.

So, in this case what I can do alternatively.

Is that possible to list our property again with new agreement in case account hasn't been recovered?
