A very false and unreasonable review cannot be removed?
I have a review that is highly unreasonable and incorrect. We don't know why, because everything went as normal and the guests seemed to rejoice. But the given score is low while we make high, very good scores. This review is strikingly negative.
I therefore asked Booking to remove it, but it would not meet the criteria to remove. That's pretty bureaucratic! Because unreasonable review should also be a reason to remove! Do you also have this experience and do you also think that Booking should better adjust the policy to the interests of the hosts?
