Guest left a bad review as a retaliation
Hi there! I am a host of a beautiful 3 bedroom Chalet near the beach. Recently I had a booking for four people. The people showed up with 6 or more people, disabled the security camera, trashed the place, damaged the furniture, left garbage everywhere, soiled the carpet. So,I reported guest misconduct and asked for a moderate $150 damage payment. In retaliation the guest gave me a one star review. I asked BDC several times to please remove this review. The answer was that their policy doesn't allow them to remove reviews. Wow! Not helpful at all! BDC is protecting the people who trashed my place and punishes the host!
