Repeat cancellers

I have one guest who books up 10-12 dates in advance, they hold the room, blocking it for any other bookers, only to cancel it 8 days prior to arrival (we have a 7 day cancellation policy). 

As soon as I see their name in my new reservations I know it will end up being cancelled, wish there was a way for Booking.com to stop guests from doing this repeatedly.
