A worrying reservation
We had a booking cancel today for this weekend, they booked a month ago, they have asked various questions then cancelled this morning, this afternoon they have rebooked the same nights. Their details say they cancel 71-100% of their bookings which if they cancel again Thursday will leave us empty over a busy weekend, is there anything that can be done?

My advice is to report this reservation issue to our Customer Service Team so they can look at the guests' history in our system, investigate the case and help you avoid such situations in the future.

Ok brilliant thank you, maybe being paranoid but it’s left us both feeling a bit uneasy about the whole booking so we’ll see what we can find out
