Sun & Sand is a small, Friendly, secure and very clean guest house with a family atmosphere at Kallady which is 5mts drive from the Batticaloa town. Our home stay is in a very potential area where it can be accessible to all the tourist visiting spots in Batticaloa, eastern province of Sri Lanka.

From our guest house places like, Batticaloa dutch fortress, Light house, Kallady beach and Batticaloa gate, Gandhi park can be easily accessed. Kallady bridge is famous for the singing fish of Batticaloa and it is only 100 meters from the Our guest house. Other than the above mentioned spots cultural places like temples Mamangam & Kokkadicholai also can be visited from our guest house. Each month we have tamil festivals including in our temples and variety of foods are offered in all type of societies and it’s a best tourist attraction for them to blend with the Sri lankans.

Transport arrangements also can be made to site see other places of interest such as Paasikuda, Arugam bay, Thopikala Rock and Unnichai Tank. The surrounding neighbourhood is quiet, safe and is within easy reach of both the beach and the lagoon.
