Hello, I am Albani, owner of the Apartment

I had a problem with a client
his name is *** *** (***)
he booked for 8 nights (306 €), commission 36.72 €
he told me to use the transport from the Airport to the Apartment. And he did not come.
His flight was with the firm "Turkish Airlane", I called this company to ask if anything happened. But the company replied that the client "Talal Elrhhal" arrived in Pristina at 19:55, while I waited for the client until 22:00 at the airport, my calls were never answered. And now I want to report to this client and I want the booking payment to be made by the end of the month.
I have 3 apartments that I work with booking.com

1. Prishtina View Apartment (***)
2. Apartment Center (***)
3. Apartment Center (***)

If you do not respond to my payment 306 € - 36.72 € (fee) = 269.28 €.
I will retrieve my apartments from Booking.com and switch to other platforms

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.


Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
