The best way to check if your property is open and bookable is to log into the Extranet and check the status- OR search on our app/desktop for your property name. I hope this helps in ensuring you are listed- if you still don't see it, you can always send a message via Extranet to determine why you are not listed.
It looks like all the details are updated and all is good but guests cant find us on the booking site and i cant identify the reason . please help :) thank you
