My Property is "Closed/Not bookable" On the Website

Please assist with the problem I am experiencing as I cannot rent my property. The letter that Booking.com will send out will not reach me because there is no postal service in the area where the property is situated.

I will thus not be able to Self-verify my property’s location by letter code.

If you cannot receive the verification letter with the code, our local support team can assist you. Please send us a message via your extranet Inbox -> Booking.com messages. If there is no 'compose new message' directly there, then click on See Contact Options -> select a relevant topic eg. Account -> select a relevant subtopic eg. Other -> then click see all contact options -> Message -> write your message.
