New partner series: Booking.com’s messaging tools – take 1

Hi everyone,

To continue our series on guest communications, I’d like to share with you something about Booking.com’s messaging tools which will make your daily operations easier.

One of the key places where you can manage communications is the Inbox tab of your Extranet. 

Here are the three main things you can do on this page:

   1. Respond to your upcoming guests’ messages under ‘Reservation messages’.

   2. Read and reply to the messages we send to you under ‘Booking.com messages’.

   3. Give public answers to questions from guests about your property under ‘Guest Q&A’.

Finally, if you’d like to change your messaging settings, you can do this on the Messaging preferences page of your Property tab.
