Property can't go live because of channel manager

Hi,

regarding my query, I recently added my listing on the platform but unfortunately, the listing got stuck because we don't have a channel manager the listing cannot go live on booking.com until we don't connect the channel manager with it. seeking help regarding the issue here as I'm new and I can't find any solution related to this issue.

Please help me to resolve this so my property can be live. although I have tried so many times to contact the team but got no valid response also my property has been verified via an agent on zoom call. But because of the channel manager issue the property can't go live.

Please help me with this issue.

I'm having the same problem, but I can't continue uploading the listing no matter what option, with or without channel manager. I can't continue, it just doesn't register. I can only go back...
