Being charged for nights guests did not pay

I am being charged for a reservation where the guests arrived and left because they wanted to stay in the same hotel as their friends on another island. We only charged the guests for 1 night + transportation and the food they consumed - and we have tab receipts and invoices to back it and Booking still charge us for it. I have refused paying because i don't think it is fair to pay Booking for nights the guests did not stay with us or pay. I called customer service several times and they promise it will be adjusted but it never is. They ignore my written complaints and now threaten to kick me out if I don't pay. Does a lot of you have this issue?
