Do i charge directly or does booking collects the payment?

I recently had a no-show and the account collects a pre-payment for the reservation. 

so the guest never showed up and I counted it as a no-show.

and shows now a 'Applicable Cancellation Fee' and shows a total : $XXX.XX

I want to know if i charge that myself with the card info provided using my SquarePOS or is that a charge that booking.com will collect for me.
