how to provide invoices to guest

Received multiple request from customer service for invoice on the same day for same booking via reservation messages

 

I've replied with attachment both .doc and .pdf but unsure if they got sent through.  Tried to message on guest directly but got error as guest had already checked out and payment had been received.

Hi Didem

 

Yes i did, however it seems booking.com cannot accept .doc or .pdf documents and after numerous emails and customer service messages I had to screenshot and attach the invoices as images.  

 

In the meantime, the customer whatsapp us so was able to provide him the invoices directly without issues.
