I have a virtual card which is active and no transfer is made as it seems there is no funds
I refer to booking ref 3002945131.
The guest has paid online the amount of Euro 823.80, and guest has stayed at the place. The checkout was on the 16th March 2023.
I tried to cannot the card but I am not being succesful as it seems that there are no funds!
I have paid booking.com the commission on this place and guests have stayed at the place. Why is this happening?
