I paid my dues it was in process for 2 days and now for one of the dues its saying unpaid. what to do?

Thank you for reaching out to us! 

If you have any doubt about the payment or how it is being process, please send a message to our Finance department following these steps:

Go to Messages or Inbox tab > select Booking.com Messages > Select blue button Compose a new message > select Invoices and Commission and the subtopic you want to talk about > click on Other if you want to send them a message or attached proof of payment.

Our finance department will try to response to your request as soon as possible!
