I would like to talk to someone about the invoice for December 2023, no show commissions..
I would like to request a review on the December invoice for commission payments.
No show was market on them however a room night rate was charged but we have no way of getting that payment as we do not have the guests credit card details and we are also unable to process credit card payment if the guest is not at the hotel.,
I would like for the following to be reviewed,
Booking number 2628745847, 24th to 27th December. The status was cancelled but a commission of $51.75 was charged
Booking number 3133297767, canceled booking and i advised will charge no show however we dont have his credit card details and we are also unable to process credit card payment if the guest is not at the hotel.
Booking number 2748564283, 23rd to 27th December. She did check in and paid for two nights and came back to cancel her booking with us and said she has canceled on booking.com . The Front Office Executive made the mistake of also accepted the two nights payment instead of 4 nights and changed her booking to 2 nights without consulting me or the reservation team. Unfortunately, i didnt find out till the guest check-out. We reached out to her and she was rather upset.
This is the first time i am handling Booking.com, i have not been trained on it, i have set us up myself with no assistance and i am learning howe it works. I have now figured it out and would not be making some errors again. I am requesting for a waiver on the commission fee for th 3 mentioned above. Mistakes like this willnto happen again.
