I keep getting an email that I didn’t pay an invoice on my listing but I haven’t had a guest so I don’t understand what it’s all about. I had guest who reserve but canceled their reservation I haven’t had any guest in my apartment. Please I wish to speak with an agent

Did you mark the reservation as a no show in your extranet account in order to avoid commission charge? If not, you have to do it by following the steps in this article and we will not charge you.

If you still want to dispute your invoice, please follow the steps described in this article.
