my problem is not solved yet
I contacted you a long time ago regarding the refund I should receive because I paid for 3 suitcases twice! On the flight back from Amsterdam to Israel. Once on the website when I bought the ticket and the second time at the airport when they asked us to pay again because it didn't appear to them that we paid for baggage. I would appreciate help in this matter as soon as possible, this is the third time I have contacted you and you are not returning our money! This is an unprofessional way at all. Will I have to go to the court or Social Media in order to get my money back?!
