Payment processing still after two weeks

I have made payment for outstanding invoice through my debit card. It’s been more than 2 weeks and it is still showing being processed. On my bank side money is already taken. I message booking.com through extranet, since 27 th jan and today is 6th no answer. It looks like no body responds to your messages. It is really frustration as my property is not bookable. The new outstanding invoice was processed within 3 days using the same debit card. I don’t know what to do since there are no responses.
