I want to have online payment on my property, what should i do ? Because some guests cancel the reservation in the same day of arrival and i lost the room

To find out if your property is eligible for online payments managed by and how to activate this option, please have a look at this article.

To secure your reservations you can you can also set up a prepayment option.

How to set up a prepayment deposit:

  1. Click on the ‘Property’ tab, then ‘Policies’.
  2. Under ‘Cancellation and prepayment policies’, click ‘Edit’ to update an existing policy or select ‘Create a new cancellation policy’.

Note: If you’ve just recently become a partner, there may be a temporary restriction on prepayments for your property. Please read this article for more detailed information.
