Question......2 times in a row I have guests not show. Do I get paid for the expenses and lost of t8me and money???

This occurred twice in a row with in a month. Is this a common issue with bookings.com??

I spent over $500 in maintance of the property(gardener,maid, repairs, painting the rooms and food. in order to assure the guests stay is pleasant and comfortable. Are there people going to pay a cancelatio fee??

 And if so??? When ??? Or how ??

On the pulse App. Here the Guest Details are, it says that the guest will be charged full amount if they cancel, .... Does that include also a ...NO SHOW???

Yes if the guest didn't show you can mark it as a no show and ask for the no show expenses
