Good Morning Hotel Bagineti, 

If you were closed due to non payment and now have submitted payment, you typically will see the ability to reopen within 24-36 hours. You will have to go to the home tab in the Extranet and click, "reopen my property" if you're ready to reopen. Should you still have issues, submit a message to Finance.
