Booking.com and Agoda relation

About two months ago I received bookings via Agoda. I have never been assigned to Agoda. The bookings have a Booking.com ID, so I assume that Agoda copied the Booking.com property listing. This said: I haven't received any payment from Booking.com for these Agoda guests, and this is more than a month and a half now. More, the Booking.com IDs do not even show on my Booking.com reservation list. Booking.com just do not answer me on the relation between them and Agoda. Anyone experiencing a similar problem?

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
