Booking.com customer profile Australia

Hi everyone - I'm trying to find some information on who the Booking.com typical customer/traveller is.  This is to engage our clients in also including this channel in advertising their listings.  For example I know the typical Airbnb customer is in the 26-36 age category, whereas Homeaway/Stayz has an older following.  Who then is using Booking.com?  Be great to hear any insights you have that I can share with my clients.  Thanks Jayne

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
