booking.com double booking reservations.

Hi there my name is Josh,

i am extremely unimpressed with booking.com as a platform. The platform double booked 4 clients over the same time in the same house, and with the absurd no declining booking rules i could not cancel any of them. I proceeded to terminate my property and have all the nesscesary legal documents in place. I refuse to pay a cent on those bookings the platform should refund them direclty. I moved to airbnb a much better platform.
