CANCEL A RESERVATION MADE FOR 2023 PERIOD AT a wrong price
hELLO
Some one just made a reservation for 2023 July period AT A VERY LOW , RIDICILOUS PRICE because I've only oganised the calendars ( prices , conditions ...) for 2022 and it seems that Booking , use fir 2023 automatically the "standard rate "' , of course much lower than the SUMMER price
I asked her to cancel --> no answer . I called --> no answer
Of course, she knows that she 's wrong . And according to her profile ( between 70 & 100 % cancellations !!) , it doesnt' seem very positive
How can i cancel this abuse ?
( of course , I 've just 'closed' all 2023 to avoid any other bad intentions )

If you are still having trouble please contact our Customer Service team. To find a dedicated phone number to call, log in to the extranet, click on Inbox and then click on Booking.com messages. We don’t publish these phone numbers here because we only offer this service to current partners.

The problem is that I've immediatly request the guest to cancel but no answer at all
I have to cancel because the guest was ''''smart'''= he paid 20 % of the genuine price for a July period in a beautiful house. But there was a bug from Booking that didn't copy the same 2022 conditions
And no answer from my calls , emails .. This is a ""bad faith '' guy . nad quite strange = 70/100 % of cancelled reservations....
And i don' t see no dedicated phone number in the Help service , and nothing in Inbox
Can you please send to me by whatssapp the good phone number ? and email ?

I guess it's 8184044
I 've phoned to the 'guest' 10 times --> no answer
, sent several whatsapp ---> no answer
and messages via Booking --> nothing
And on the second day, she erased from her whatssapp profile her picture
Anyway , this person should be denounced to Booking

Please log into the extranet and follow the below steps:
Inbox → Booking.com messages → See contact options → Reservations → Other → See all contact options
Choose either the "Call" or "Message" button to call or send a message to our support team regarding this situation.

The phone service was excellent and profesional from the mexican platform
They had emailed to the guest with the genuine ( much higher) price for this period ; if no answer and acceptance before 24 hb, the resrevation will be cancelled
