Cancellation and commission
Hello,
There was a mistake with reservations yesterday so my guest had to find another accommodation and Booking.com provided it to him. But the problem is that he couldn’t cancel reservation at my property despite the fact that I chose 24hour free cancellation after making reservation. I don’t want to pay the commission. What should I do?
