Cannot Get Incorrect Listing Location Fixed
I hope someone can help me with this problem, as I have tried everything I can think of!
My property is located on the mainland of North Carolina, but Booking.com has it listed on the Outer Banks. The address that I have input is correct, but the Google Maps Pin is generating an auto-description that says it is in a much more expensive, touristy area than where it actually is.
I constantly get bookings who cancel when I message them to ensure that they know where the correct location is. I have called and messaged Booking.com repeatedly about this, but they seem unable to make a manual fix. Every time I contact them, I get the same info over and over: "just plug your address in correctly".
Well, it is correct - I don't understand why they cannot override the auto-generated description feature to correct the listing?
