Can't access my property

I got a 6digits code from booking.com to verify my location through call. After typing in the code,I got access denied to my enlisted property. The massage stated "To access this property, contact your administrator (admin) who's in charge of managing account and access rights to your property". This is my property and I registered it...pls what do I do concerning this?
