Cant add users to account

Hi there, I cant seem to figure this out. I access 'My Account and then 'Contacts' - I don't have a 'Manage User' option at all. 


When adding contacts, nothing really happens from there - they don't get invited, they cant create accounts. How do I add users who can create their own logins for example our Finance Director vs our Reservation Staff? I don't want them all to have logins to the main account.

Hi Was this resolved, 

I have exactly the same problem. New Listing 

Am trying to add a cohost but the option is not available under the account. 

Any ideas as I would be keen to get this resolved asap.

This is still an issue (YEARS LATER) and Booking.com is being so unhelpful and unclear as to how to resolve this!! Honestly, Terrible service!
