You can change the language on the extranet as many times as you need. Go to the bottom of the page and on the right hand side, it will show the current language but can change to any of the options in the drop down menu.

This do not help. We need to go and change the language every time we login to the bottom to change the language. We want the english to come as default. Also another problem is when calling for tech support and when we add the property number it automatically goes to the person who can speak that language and not english

Regarding the extranet language, you might want to check your cookies and search history settings as it might be deleting your preferences every time you close the window and therefore, takes the language of the IP the system is picking up instead of your preferences.
For the support team, please go into the "Account" section on your right top corner and under "Contacts" please make sure that English is set as default or main language.
