Good morning and welcome at Booking.com as you are "fresh" :) !

When a guest books through Booking.com and shows up at your property on the day of arrival, you don't have to do nothing on Booking.com. We will automatically know that the guest has stayed at your property. You only need to act when a guest cancels or modifies his reservation.
