Why I have an issue with my verification code, I am not able to receive it ?

Do you usually receive regular mail at your property address? If you are not able to receive the verification code, our local support team can help you with alternative verification method. Please send us a message via your extranet Inbox -> Booking.com messages. If there is no "compose new message" directly there, then click on See Contact Options -> select a relevant topic eg. Account -> select a relevant subtopic eg. Other -> then click see all contact options -> Message -> write your message.
