Commission

Hi, does anybody else have any issues with prices being different for guests, for instance if I get a new reservation and it’s let’s say 200€, almost 9 times out of 10 the guests price is shown to be 10€ less, I’ve included the cleaning fee in the price but still, and then commissionable amount for that booking is on the full price that’s shown to me (200€), and I always charge the guests their price (190€ in this example) so it gets really boring to be constantly charged for something I didn’t even receive. And I’ve tried contacting the support team but still nothing, why is it 10€ less for the guests almost every time?

Anyways, is anybody else having this problem?
