Why are you charging commission when the  reservation was cancelled and you were informed prior 2 months?

 

Also, your telephone contact centre in Auckland NZ does not respond!

Hi Rekha, 

I think will find the answer you're looking for here! Sometimes there is an extra step that needs to be taken when a reservation shows as cancelled but a penalty still applies in our system.
