Commission Showing as not paid to Booking.com

I am a property manager of multiple properties listed on Booking.com and have a bank account listed on my account with Booking.com.  All other commissions have been paid directly from a transfer from this bank.  Why isn't this booking pulling from that bank account?  I continue to get emails threatening to close our account! The following is in the information for the booking that was emailed to me:
