condo flooded and have to cancel a reservation

I just listed my property on BDC and the building had a water leak and flooded my apartment; my first booking!  I'll be taking the month of July and August to make repairs yet the BDC interface doesn't permit me to cancel a reservation. I contacted the future guest but no response.   Obviously I'd not charge a cancellation fee, yet want to remain in good standing with my apartment that I just listed in Tulum Mexico. 

BDC has no customer support by phone nor chat, so I'm perplexed.
